The beneficial effect is obtained by consuming 1 mg of melatonin close to bedtime. It also contributes to the alleviation of subjective feelings of jet lag, and the formula is vegan.

Ingredients

Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, starch; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; melatonin.

Vegan product.

May contain milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans and fish.

Directions for use

1 tablet daily, about 30 minutes before bedtime.

When changing time zones, the beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before sleep on the first day of travel and for several days after arrival at the destination.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Not intended for children, pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers. Do not drive or operate machinery after use. Do not combine with alcohol or with other medicines, including herbal ones.
